Production Supervisor (7 positions) - Factory - Surabaya (Code: PSP)

To coordinate and supervise the operations of the production operations ranging from Preliminary Process to Packing Area of the material making up with production and in the Going Out Inspection check to make sure the lights are manufactured in accordance with the standards of quality and quantity.

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering Graduates in any discipline. Has experience as a Supervisor in the production area min. 2 years, able to work under pressure. Having good communication skills, hardworking and willing to work in shifts. Thorough, assertive, disciplined, agile, high responsibility, and initiative and be innovative.

Lead Production Operator (16 Positions) - Factory - Surabaya (Code: LOP)

Coordinate and supervise the activities in the area Sealing, Pumping and Finishing to ensure that products produced in accordance with the specified quality standards. Coordinate and supervise the activities in the area Steammaking, Mounting and Sealing pumping in the A group to ensure that products produced in accordance with the specified quality standards.

Qualification

Minimal Fresh Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferably with experience). Having good communication skills, hardworking and willing to work in shifts. Thorough, assertive, disciplined, agile, high responsibility, and initiative and be innovative.

Lead Opr. Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance (8 positions) - Factory - Surabaya (Code: LME)

Perform maintenance activities and repairs machinery and equipment - production equipment. Maintain and prepare components for production machinery running smoothly, efficiently and has a high perfomance

Qualification

Minimal Fresh Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering - Strong Flow (preferably experienced). Having good communication skills, hardworking and willing to work in shifts. Thorough, assertive, disciplined, agile, high responsibility, and initiative and be innovative.

Manual Packing Shift Supervisor (4 positions) - Factory - Surabaya (Code: MPS)

Conduct coordination and supervision of over Manual Packing in the process of packing the area starting from the lay out, WIP, flexibility, etc.. Ensuring the quality and quantity of packing in accordance with the standards and requirements.

Qualification

Minimum Diploma in Engineering Graduates in any discipline. Has experience as Supervisor min. 2 years, able to work under pressure. Having good communication skills, hardworking and willing to work in shifts. Thorough, assertive, disciplined, agile, high responsibility, and initiative and be innovative.

Plant Safety Officer (1 Position) - Factory - Surabaya (Code : PSO)
To develops, implements, and support management, the organization and employees on occupational health & safety programs. Manage safety audit, inspections, report and training. Serves as consultant to departement on safety issues and perform related duties as required with internal circumtances and external relationships, in order to ensure safety and health program is well implemented in the plant and getting external support in area occupational safety and health.
Qualification
Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline preferred from Health and Safety Major. At least 3 years experience in Health and Safety Management, prefered have sertification of Safety and Health. Have capability to organize, good communication, hard worker, discipline, iniciative and inovative person.
Continuous Improvement Engineer (3 Positions) - Factory - Surabaya (Code : CIE)
Have capability to lead continuous improvement process in manufacturing by using problem solving technique and appropriate tools (Six Sigma, DMAIC, SIPOC,FMEA, Minitab, etc.) To promote the new process that removes 7 wastes an d focus on key customer requirement. Share and standardize best practices and processes. Certified as Trainer and Green Belt (GB). Provide training, coaching and mentoring in Continuous Improvement concept and Techniques. Deep knowledge of 6S (safety + 5S). Act as the Change Agent.
Qualification
Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline. At least 3 years experience in manufacturing, have knowledge of project management is preferable. Strong communication,facilitation and presentation skills to all levels of organization. Proven ability to solve problems and improve process, hard worker, discipline, iniciative,effective and inovative person in team environment.
