KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
HR goal setting, planning and budgeting
Manpower planning,
Understanding the general job evaluation and job grading
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
Performance Appraisal, Coaching & Counseling
Learning program (TNA, delivery & evaluation)
