Objectives and Activities Us: Improving Family Welfare

We are a national venture capital finance companies. We are engaged in micro finance especially for women from poor families (in rural and urban). Our approach is similar to the Grameen Bank. We currently have about 200,000 customers, and + 1,000 employees stationed in the center, as well as 140 branches in the island of Java. We will continue to appoint new employees to open branches in areas of new work. Our plan is to reach two-fold kalih customers and employees every year, to reach one million customers and about 4,000 employees at 500 branches in the island of Java and headquarters by the end of 2011 (visit our website for more information.)

Qualifications and Requirements

1. New graduate S1/D3 (Accounting, Banking, Economics, Technical, Science and Mathematics), inexperienced
2. Are committed to our goal, namely to increase the welfare of poor families with microfinance services
3. Sympathetic and ready to work with women from poor families
4. Willing to live and work in the city district level
5. Willing to work in the field (the villages) and in the office
6. Able to ride a motorcycle
7. Ambitious and career minded emphasis
8. Assisting the Head of the Branch in all activities of implementation (management, supervisory, bookkeeping and administrative branch)

Salary and Other Information

1. Salary: S1 - 2.45 juta rupiah / month
D3 - 2.15 juta rupiah per month
2. Provided shelter, food and service motorcycles for field work
3. Included in the Social Security Program
4. Salary may be increased according to years of service and performance
5. The working environment is international; have a professional working relationship with the foreigners, and the opportunity for overseas training
6. The opportunity to become Head of Branch (8 employees per branch)
