In order to prepare a cadre of leaders of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. in the future and give opportunities to new graduates (fresh graduates) who excel, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Inviting alumni-elected alumnus of the college to follow the selection as a candidate Officer through the Officer Development Program (ODP) with the following conditions:
1. Graduates Strata One (S-1) / (S-2) from all majors except: Field / Department of Health Sciences / Nursing, Humanities, Literature, Arts, Teaching and Religious.
2. Graduate GPA minimum S-1 3:00; graduate GPA minimum 3.20 S-2
3. Maximum age at the time of initial selection 26 years for graduates of the S-1; 28 years for graduates of the S-2
4. Having the ability both oral and written English
5. able to operate computer Ms. minimal. Office
6. Not married and not willing to marry for education
7. willing to undergo bond department
8. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
