a. Account Representative (BDV-AR)
i. Brief job description
• Acquires and maintains new and existing clients
• Performs research of competitor and industry
• Builds proposals and presentations
• Prepares sales forecast and strategy
• Assists project delivery team in client management
• Monitors billings and invoices
ii. Qualification
• S1 (or equivalent) in all discipline, having knowledge in IT is preferred.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Good communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Attractive personality
• Willing to do domestic and international travels

b. Business Analyst (MBS-BA)
i. Brief job description
• Performs assessment and analysis of clients business requirements
• Prepares accounting chart of accounts specific to clients requirements in banking and microfinance sectors
• Performs business process improvement (BPI)
• Defines settings of our Core Banking System for microfinance (Fern Software Abacus MFI) as specified by the business requirements
• Conducts trainings for clients
ii. Qualification
• S1 or equivalent in Economics or Accounting
• Participation in organization(s) and teaching assistance are advantages
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Good communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good teamwork
• Willing to be assigned to projects outside Jakarta including overseas projects
c. System Analyst (MBS-SA)
i. Brief job description
• Translates business requirements to technical specifications
• Conducts technical trainings for clients
• Performs technical settings on our Core Banking System for microfinance (Fern Software Abacus MFI) as specified by the business requirements
• Develop reports using Crystal Reports and/ or Microsoft Reporting Services
• Assists data migration
ii. Qualification
• S1 or equivalent in Computer Science or Technology Informatica Management
• Good understanding of general concept of migration data, SQL, C# and other programming language
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Good communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good teamwork
• Willing to be assigned to projects outside Jakarta including overseas projects
d. Programmer (PQM-PG, EBS-PG, MBS-PG)
i. Brief job description
• Executes high-quality programming based on the technical specifications defined by the system analyst in timely manner.
• Programmers will be assigned to Research & Development (R&D), Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) and/ or Microfinance Business Solutions (MBS) Divisions.
ii. Qualification:
• S1 of equivalent in Information Technology, Information System or Computer Science
• Knowledge and/ or skill in VB.Net/C#, Crystal Reports, and J2ME is an advantage
• Knowledge in database development using MS SQL Server, My SQ or Oracle.
• Understands SDLC, Programming and RDBMS Concepts.
• Ability to work individually and as a team.
• Having good motivation in self learning
• Good English both in written and spoken is a big advantage
• Willing to be assigned to projects outside Jakarta including overseas projects
e. Database Engineer (EBS-DE, MBS-DE)
i. Brief job description
• Performs data migrations
• Performs database design and development based on technical specifications
• Performs database maintenance to maintain maximum performance of the clients applications.
• Database Engineers will be assigned to Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) and/ or Microfinance Business Solutions (MBS) Divisions
ii. Qualification:
• S1 or equivalent in Information Technology, Information System or Computer Science
• Familiarity with databases such as Microsoft SQl Server, My SQL, or Oracle
• Familiarity with SQL Statement, Store Procedures, Triggers dan Views, DTS or SSIS
• Knowledge in application design, db schema design
• Knowledge in ETL, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligent is an advantage
• Ability to work individually and as a team.
• Good motivation in self learning.
• Good English both in written and spoken is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned to projects outside Jakarta including overseas projects
