1. Asssociate System Enggineer
Major Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware and software testing for assigned projects.
• Perform the role of project implementers for assigned projects
• Write proper technical report after servicing a client
• Execute tasks defined un documentation related to maintenance operation/project and documented the certain task for operation purposes.
• Be familiar with assigned account in terms of the technical environment and practices
• Operate closely with client to determine requirements and resolve problems on standard system applications.
• Perform preventive maintenance to clients
• Identifying causes correctly, recommend, troubleshoot, resolve and report the fault calls
• To provide regular monthly and/or quarterly report to leader
• Participating in projects under senior enggineers guidance and ensure timely completion and to escalate if necessary
• Learn/acquire a good skill of advance technologies such as in network management, network analisys tools of security
Requirement
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in network technology
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Willing to be located at Surabaya
• CCNA / CCNP / CCVP / CCSP are preferable and would be a definite advantage
• Possess good fundamentals in cisco networking
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skill.

2. Security Consultant
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-sales consultation to the large enterprises
• Deliver Services for Security solutions
• Test out new technologies related to FSI and Media/Com business
• Develop new services/products for PS
• Develop oppurtunities for Security Solutions
• Pre-sales for Security solutions

Requirements
• Solid understanding & experience in network onfrastructure for routing & switching field
• Knowledge in Security Infrastructure, Routing and Switching
• Knowledge and security products and solution such as Checkpoint, Inflobox, Netscreen
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• CCNA & CCNP Certification mandatory
• CCSA & CCSE Certification would be advantage
• Full commitment
• Able to work multiple projects concurrently
• Able to handle highly pressure projects and demand
• Eager to learn more
• Good presentation skill
• Good attitude and inter-personal skill
